Is this legit, or another job scam?

We are a real talent-readiness and placement business. The simplest proof: we never ask a jobseeker to pay to get a job. Our income comes from employers who hire our talent. If anyone claiming to be us ever asks you to pay for a job, it is not us, walk away.

How do you make money if jobseekers don't pay for jobs?

Employers pay us to find, prepare and supply talent. Jobseekers join free and only pay if they choose optional readiness services like CV tailoring or interview coaching, which are never a condition for being placed.

Is it free to join?

Yes. Joining our talent pool is free, and you are never charged to get a job. You only pay if you choose optional readiness help.

What is the Premium Talent Pool?

A priority tier for serious jobseekers. A one-off KSh 1,000 gives you priority matching and readiness support, with limited seats. It gives you priority and preparation, never a purchased job.

Which languages do you cover?

All the major international languages, including French, German, Spanish, Portuguese, Italian, Arabic, Mandarin and Dutch, plus fluent English and Swahili. We screen for real proficiency, not self-reported levels.

I'm an employer. How do we work together?

You choose: we can shortlist candidates for you to interview, deliver ready-to-start hires, or run the entire sourcing, vetting and training process. We also offer screening, interview support, upskilling, QA reviews, pipelines on retainer, replacement support and bulk recruitment.
